It ensures a full customer service, from box design to graphic studio, from printing systems to customized palletization.

ANZIO

A traditional integrated plant located just south of Rome. Its main characteristic lies in the production of highly performing industrial boxes. In an increasingly competitive global market the supply of compliant and innovative packaging is a must and this site is the key supplier to the main multinational manufacturing players of central and southern Italy. To supply an even more efficient service to customers, Anzio has lately extended its vehicle fleet and finished-goods warehouse. The range of products also includes offset laminated displays and pre-printed boxes.

ASTI

One of the most experienced companies in Italy with more than 50 years of activity. An established supplier for major pan European customers in northern Italy. Besides supplying highly performing packaging, professional consulting and optimization service, the Asti facility has great experience in high quality printing in up to five colours, being the main supplier to the wine and spumante producers of the area.

BADIA

This factory, located near Lucca in the heart of Tuscany, is a traditional sheet feeder. It is able to supply all types of board grades and combinations from single wall to double and triple wall. Its main focus however, is heavy duty, double wall and triple wall.

CARTOPIAVE - SUSEGANA

This production unit with premises of 42,000 m2 of covered area has a yearly output of 120 million m2 and is one of the group’s largest facilities in Italy. Its comprehensive equipment is suitable for all types of production: 2 well equipped corrugators, 4 flexo folder gluers with up to 5 colour printing capacity, 1 jumbo flexo folder gluer, 2 rotary and 2 platen die cutters with up to 5 colour printing capacity. Susegana is indeed the main supplier of north eastern Italy for all types of packaging.

EMMECO

EmmeCo is a sheet plant specialized in wine packaging, being located in the centre of a famous wine-growing area. Thanks to its flexibility, the plant can produce even short runs of traditional regular slotted cases with precise 3-colour printing, die-cut cases and innovative solutions for transporting and publicizing wine at sales outlets. The most typical product is the so-called canneté, a corrugated cardboard case with an uncovered flute that is particularly popular with the end user.

FORMOS

This facility located near Padua is a dedicated sheet feeder. The heart of the site is the new corrugator, which can meet all needs in terms of grades and flute combinations. Besides being very productive, this site has a very keen service approach.

FUSTELPACK

At the beginning, Fustelpack was created to manufacture only regular slotted containers but today it can produce the entire range of corrugated packaging. Thanks to its strategic geographical position, its main focus is the production of agricultural trays for fruit, vegetables and meat. As a consequence, this site is one of the main users of virgin fibres (kraft and semichem) in Italy, having to guarantee excellent performance under high humidity conditions. Fustelpack can also provide high-quality flexo print in up to 5 colours.

MASSALOMBARDA


Produces sheets and packaging in corrugated and laminated material.

The following types of corrugated cardboard are produced: E, B, C, EB, BC, whereas the laminated versions are: E, F, B.

Its main production is microflute (E, F), where it is considered market leader. Furthermore it is specialized in die-cut and glued packaging (snap-in bottoms, 4 and 6-point boxes, self-forming partitioning inserts), and many different printing solutions (flexo, high-definition, offset) that enable a wide and varied product range.

In the forefront of innovation, together with the Smurfit facility at Orsenigo, it has lately developed G-flute board, which is an absolute novelty for the Italian market.

LACOR

The Lacor sheet plant is operating in a factory of 8,200 m2 of covered area, close to Vicenza. The converting equipment is made up of 2 flexo folder gluers, 1 rotary die cutter, 1 jumbo slotter, 1 folder gluer and 1 automatic stitcher. Quality, service and flexibility are the key characteristics of this site.

LUNATA

Lunata was founded 52 years ago and is today one of the largest plants in our group. Located near Lucca, the heart of the Italian paper making and paper converting industry, it is surely one of the best equipped sites in Italy and indeed in the whole of Europe. It has 2 very modern corrugators, which can manufacture all possible flute types and combinations. On the converting side, it has 2 jumbo lines, 2 platen die cutters, four rotary die cutters and 3 flexo folder gluers. Highly specialized in heavy duty, high quality print (two 5-colour machines) and pre-printed, agricultural trays. Lunata is well known on the market for its quality, service and packaging solutions through mechanization.

MANTOVA

A special feature of the Mantua facility is the production of single face board, both in rolls (Flucor) and in 1 m3 cases, the equivalent of 10 rolls (Flupack).

But above all, the facility is famous for the design and creation of promotional material for sales outlets, from benches to stands, from displays to showcases.

Mantua can provide a turnkey service: starting with the concept, followed by innovative proposals and creation of prototypes all the way through to assembly and final filling. Creativity and innovation are the keywords of the Display Division.

ONDULATI PANARO

Ondulati Panaro’s customers benefit from more than 40 years experience in the corrugated packaging industry. In particular, thanks to its Design Department (both for displays and special packaging and traditional cases) it can provide all its customers with innovative and advantageous solutions. From the productive point of view the facility’s strength lies in its casemaker and rotary die-cutter, both equipped for high quality printing in 4-colours.

PASTRENGO

The Pastrengo facility is located in a highly industrialized area and, apart from traditional packaging (regular slotted containers and die-cut trays), it has also developed a wide range of special products. Offset laminates, boxes with 4 or 6 gluing points are just some of the specialties of this production facility that is renowned throughout the industry for its attention to customer needs.

ROVIGO

Rovigo is a well equipped sheet plant with 2 flexo folder gluers, 1 platen die cutter, 1 rotary die cutter and 1 high quality printer, besides 2 lock bottom folder gluers. The product range varies from regular slotted boxes with high BCT to multi point glued boxes, from high quality printed boxes to litho laminated boxes. “Just in case“ service is every day business.

TEZZE

Tezze consists of two operating units, one in Carmignano di Brenta with a corrugator and one converting facility in Tezze di Arzignano. The site converts large and small regular slotted cases, flat or pre-glued die-cut products printed in up to 4 colours. The facility has a technical and productive structure that can meet all needs, from studying optimal palletization to cutting transport costs, to designing a corrugated case with compression features that are specific to the use for which it is intended.

VERCELLI

The Vercelli facility has a covered area of 25,000 m2, and provides the individual needs of over 1,000 customers each year. It is a typical facility with a corrugator and several converting lines that can produce regular slotted cases of every size, both glued and/or stitched, flat die-cut or pre-glued with snap-in bottoms. Its strong point is the quality control laboratory, which is equipped with sophisticated precision instruments to provide its customers with detailed analyses of paperboard, cardboard and packaging.

VIGNATE

Vignate, being close to Milan, is ideally located to supply major pan European customers. Well equipped with a state of the art corrugator, 4 flexo folder gluers, 1 rotary die cutter and 1 platen die cutter, its main production is made up of regular slotted containers and die cut trays with up to 4 colour prints. Specialized in developing new packaging solutions for customers, in order to guarantee the best performance/cost ratio.
